Introduction
Matagorda beach is a good sized beach at the other end of Los Pocillos beach. There are plenty of facilities close by on the promenade.
About
This is a large beach with plenty of space and facilities. Sea access is excellent. Sun beds and wind shelters are readily available.
Running behind the beach is the promenade stretching from the Old town in Puerto del Carmen all the way to the Northern end of Costa Teguise.
Sand quality is good as is the sea quality and temperature.
