Playa del Ancla is one of the lesser known and used beaches in Costa Teguise. Its a small beach located to the Southern end of Costa Teguise.

Playa del Ancla beach is protected to two sea walls. The sea walls protect the beach from ocean waves and currents.

The water is clear and good for swimming and snorkeling.

Over the years much of the sand has been washed away leaving mainly flat slabs of rock to lay on and relax.
