About Playa Dorada
Playa Dorada is the largest central beach in Playa Blanca.
Located towards the Eastern end of Playa Blanca
Access to the beach is through the shopping centre called Cento Comercial Papagayo. Parking is in the shopping centre car park or on the main road. From parking to beach is a 100 meter walk. Access to the beach is also found via the Playa Blanca promenade.
Playa Dorada is a large golden sand beach.
Sun bath on the sand or there are lots of sun beds.
The beach is enclosed by two rock barriers making the beach sheltered and safe for swimming. Water is clear and good for swimming and snorkelling.
The local shopping centre offers lots of shops and bars for food and drink.
Playa Dorada is a good and safe family beach. As always in Lanzarote be careful of the sun and apply plenty of sun cream throughout the day.
