Lanzarote Market guide

Everyone loves a market especially a Lanzarote market. Almost everyday of the week you can find an interesting market to visit. Its a great way to interact with good hearted local residents and experience some of the culture.

The biggest market is the Sunday Teguise market. The rest of the week has specialist markets, crafts, food and much more. There is very probably a market close to you.

Tuesday’s
9am to 2pm – Farmers market in Costa Teguise in Pueblo Marinero. (every week)

Wednesday’s

Friday 8th of November

9pm – Rock en Famara. Music festival in Famara

Saturday 9th of November

Charity run for Multiple Sclerosis on the esplanade in Arrecife. Entry 8 to 20 euros

9am – Charity run on Costa Teguise promenade

12pm – Free concerts every Saturday until 7th of December at the Casa de la Cultura in Arrecife. Free Entry

8.30pm – Opera music concert at the Charco de San Gines in Arrecife.

Friday 15th of November

6.30pm – Turning on the Christmas lights at the Deiland shopping centre in Playa Honda

6.30pm  – Turning on the Christmas lights at the Biosfera Plaza shopping centre in Puerto de Carmen

8.30pm – Free concert about traditional sounds and music at the Plaza de la Constitution in Teguise

Saturday 16th of November

8am to 5pm – Haria Titan trail run in Haria

6.30pm – Festival of alternative music at the Plaza de El Almacen in Arrecife. Free entry.

Sunday 17th of November

9am – Free guided hiking in Tias. Meeting at Tias Avenida Central.

Thursday 21st of November

6pm – Turning on the Christmas lights at the Open Mall shopping centre in Arrecife.

Saturday 23rd of November

6pm – La Santa night run organised by Club La Santa.

Sunday 24th of November

Friday 29th of November

8pm – Cinema and music ‘Festival of Modern times’ at the Casa de la Cultura in Arrecife. Silent film and live music. Free entry.
